A free verse loud and silent poem

Photo by Joey Kyber from Pexels

a dancing night
lights moving
slow grooving

head felt light
the sounds, slow yet meaningful
appearance inside my brain
accumulating few diverse thoughts
collected from memories,
dug deeper into the alternate meaning

time-travel, the universe,
nihilism, the dusting of into the void less-ness,
blue dreams, sea waves,
dancing queen song,

songs and lyrics into a salsa dance musical play
tapping on the floor of life

science fiction and fictional illusion
spoke with each other,
Jumanji Welcome to the jungle to
Jumanji The Next level journey

a sudden move here and there,
a hobbit jumped and vanished,
the chirping of the bird about to come,

a look into the road
and the glance captured the image of two cars
crossing each other

a sedan with open windows
cheerful gloat, joyful spark, music,
speedy, in not so legal limit,
the other one was a minivan
sirens on,
transporting a human to the urgent care
pulling the soul from clasping onto the other side of life

a capture
of memory,
of comparison
in one side, the full glow of life, to the top of the hill
On another side,
the journey to the void-ness

just crossed each other that day,
I wonder.
