Hi Anna, great step by step buildup of the email pitch. The best thing is, with the buildup with relevant example, it will be easier to write the pitch.
I would be adding couple of other things:
- % of business growth in last couple of years, if its a business approach
- Would write down the benefits of partnering (or in other cases, benefit of the product or solution), that solves problems or issues in the field
- Or, probably add couple of issues, that’s relevant in the field and mention why you are the expert of cleaning those issues most efficiently
- Attachment of the product/ your product/expertise is relevant. But be mindfull about Anti Spam law. Sometimes organization’s I.T. structures the email filtering without attachments or links. So, alternative options of providing the attachments requires to be there.
