Screentime, the duration is up to us!
The daily dose of screentime has increased a lot.
Apart from blue light emission and sleep deprivation, it impacts our mental health, stress level, exercise level, social interactions, and too many other things to utter in one line.
Most of us are impacted due to the digital transformation taking place in our lives. Hence, careful interaction and experience are becoming more critical than we previously thought.
Give your eyes some rest. Take care of your screentime.
