True that. For me, the most significant challenge was to reduce the cell-phone usage previously, which I could successfully minimize before March 2020. And then, once I joined Medium around that time, I started using my cell-phone in an unprecedented way (checking stats, promoting my work on Facebook and Twitter, replying to comments, etc.). So, yes — I’m deleting all the applications from my mobile after this weekend to break that obstacle first.
However, as I need to replace that with something, so, I am thinking of concentrating more on paper books, walking, cycling, and whenever available, more sleep.
